6200 Series Analogue Telephones
These telephones are designed to cost-effectively integrate with all
Avaya business communications servers. They are available globally in
select countries to support your business communications needs around
the world.
The Avaya™ 6200 Series Analogue Telephones deliver the business calling
features you count on with great control, quality, and built-in
reliability. Your business will benefit from the right combination of

ˇ Be more responsive to customers and colleagues by placing a caller on
hold when you need to consult with a co-worker or gather information,
after which you can pick up the call from the same set or extension,
with Set Hold.
ˇ Transparently extend your communications system's voice messaging to
your analogue sets with Message Waiting capabilities.
ˇ Save time by simply touching a button to automatically call back the
telephone number you most recently dialled with Redial.
ˇ Conveniently tell your switch that you are activating a special
feature, not terminating a call, with Flash.
ˇ Add important functionality by easily connecting a fax, modem, or
laptop computer to your telephone via the built-in Data Jack.
ˇ Increase productivity by smoothly and easily disconnecting from one
call to place or pick up the next call with Positive Disconnect.
This series of telephones has a small footprint so it won't take up much
of your valuable desktop. It is also wall mountable for added
flexibility and convenience. Available in gray or white, their stylish
appearance looks right in any surroundings and complements the look and
feel of the Avaya™ 6400 Series of digital telephones.
There are three 6200 Series models that can deliver exceptional benefits
to your business
Model 6211
This model gives you these basic features and capabilities: Positive
Disconnect, Handset and Ringer Volume Control, Tone Dialling, PBX Message
Waiting, Redial, Flash, Set Hold (with LED), and a Data Jack (RJ11).
Model 6219
This model gives you all of the features and capabilities of the Model
6211 telephone, plus System Hold (DEFINITYŽ systems only, and music on
hold if supported by the switch), Repertory Dialling (10 buttons with up
to 24 digits or elements each) which can be "locked" into the system
with Program Keylock, and Personalized Ringing which lets you know
immediately which telephone is ringing.
Model 6221
This model gives you all of the features and capabilities of the Model
6219 telephone, plus a Speakerphone for hands-free dialling and Mute for
keeping background noise to a minimum during calls.
