Business Development Manager

£20,000 - £36,000 + Commission, Company Car & Mobile

We are a growing independent specialist in Multi Functional Device solutions and are Authorised Dealers for Industry leading vendor Konica Minolta. We have some the UK’s leading accredited imaging engineers working with us. Our client portfolio includes some of the UK’s leading organisations.

Our philosophy is to provide organisations with a bespoke Document Management solution that will not only improve their operational efficiency but also enhance customer service and reduce costs. We achieve this through our expert knowledge and expertise allowing us to understand our client’s current and future requirements therefore providing them with the most appropriate solutions available from the wide range of innovative multi-functional devices and workflow solutions available.

Key Results Areas/ Main Responsibilities:

  • Initiate, contact and manage leads;
  • Devise and implement a field sales development plan targeting new clients in your area;
  • Responsibility for achieving monthly and quarterly sale GP target;
  • Attend appointments with the necessary information to progress sales;
  • Prepare proposals and consult on solutions;
  • Provide demonstrations on equipment solutions;
  • Report to management on pipeline forecasts.

Personal Criteria;

  • Professional, creative and dynamic presence and the ability to communicate with people at all levels;
  • Excellent written and verbal skills at technical and professional level;
  • Demonstrable ability to hit/ exceed targets with enthusiasm to win new business;
  • Direct sales experience in multifunctional devices and printers;
  • Excellent time management skills;
  • Outgoing and ambitious character with self motivated proactive attitude.

Fixed Line Sales Executive

£18,000 - £24,000 Plus uncapped commission

We are seeking a talented, determined, flexible, hardworking, engaging, inspiring and enthusiastic individual who has dedication and drive to to enhance our existing team, allowing us to continue the growth achieved throughout 2013

Your experienced will have been gained in a solution sales role; encompassing the need to be knowledgeable in all aspects of fixed line specification and configuration.

In addition to your technical knowledge, you will have the desire and drive to succeed in a fast paced environment. We present an excellent opportunity for you to build and manage your own base of customers whilst significantly enhancing your earning potential.

Key skill requirements for this role are:

  • Data Circuit/Fixed Line/SIP Telecoms experience.
  • The ability and desire to meet/exceed company targets.
  • Experience of building a portfolio of customers via proactive outbound calling.
  • A proven record of exceeding in a target orientated, business development role.
  • The ability to commit and remain stable in a comparable position.
  • The ability to analyse existing client contracts and propose new solutions.

     

In addition to generating new business, your proactive account management skills will enable you to build a loyal customer base.

  • Developing sustainable relationships, aided by utilising your customer service skills.
  • Becoming the first point of contact for your customers, enabling you to work with their business to monitor costs and performance.
  • Building a loyal customer base, thus becoming an essential part of the companies that you manage.

  • Attend appointments with the necessary information to progress sales;
  • Prepare proposals and consult on solutions;
  • Provide demonstrations on equipment solutions;
  • Maximising new business development opportunities.

     

Personal Criteria;

  • Demonstrable success in business development in an ICT environment;
  • Proven track record of driving sales in a strategic sales management environment;
  • Commercial awareness and skills in budgeting, financial management and data analysis;
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Clear, structured decision-making;
  • Leadership qualities will be your abilities to build solid relationships;
  • Strategic thinking, and able to simplify complex challenges;
  • Excellent communication skills along with strong cultural awareness.
