A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented Sales Executive to join our expanding team, selling our portfolio of industry leading network products to a wide range of organisations throughout the country. As an Avaya Reseller with 10 years track record in business, we are one of Scotland’s leading independent specialists in business telephony system integration and support as well as providing consultancy and training.

 

We have some the UK’s leading accredited telecommunications engineers working with us and we are preferred partners of Industry leading vendors. Our client portfolio includes some of the UK’s leading organisations. Our philosophy is to provide organisations with a bespoke ICT solution that will not only improve their operational efficiency but also enhance customer service and reduce costs. We achieve this through our expert knowledge and expertise allowing us to understand our clients current and future requirements therefore providing them with the most appropriate solutions available.

Salary Band: £28k - £36k OTE - £80,000 Company Car

Job Type: Permanent

Location: West Lothian

 

Key Results Areas/ Main Responsibilities:

• Sell the network portfolio of business line rental, mobiles and wireless solutions including: routers for Wide Area Network connectivity; switches for Local Area Network connectivity; and wireless for wireless Local Area Network connectivity to customers;

• Responsibility for achieving a monthly and quarterly sale GP target;

• Prospect for new business in a variety of ways including cold calling and utilisation of lead sources;

• Make and attend appointments with the necessary information to progress sales.

• Follow up appointments with the necessary information to progress sales.

• Prepare proposals and consult on solutions;

• Report to management on pipeline forecasts.

 

Personal Criteria Essential:

• Demonstrable ability to hit/ exceed targets with an enthusiasm to win new business;

• Direct new business sales experience in network services;

• Excellent time management skills;

• Excellent communication skills, client facing and articulate;

• Outgoing and ambitious character with self motivated proactive attitude.

• Provide demonstrations on equipment solutions;

• Report to management on pipeline forecasts.

 

Personal Criteria Essential

• Professional, creative and dynamic presence and the ability to communicate with people at all levels;

• Excellent written and verbal skills at technical and professional level;

• Demonstrable ability to hit/ exceed targets with enthusiasm to win new business;

• Direct sales experience in multifunctional devices and printers;

• Excellent time management skills;

• Outgoing and ambitious character with self motivated proactive attitude.
