Wallboard Manager

Wallboards are an invaluable source of information for the Customer
Facing Department (CFD) or contact centre. Avaya's INDeX Wallboard
Manager is designed to enable a variety of messages relating to CFD's or
contact centre information, motivational messages, and general
information to be displayed on INDeX Wallboards. This enables any
business utilising INDeX to provide outstanding telephone customer
service and facilitate eBusiness solutions.

• Supports up to 30 wall mounted wallboards
• Supports up to 250 INDeX PC Wallboards
• Server applications utilise Windows NT4 and Windows 2000
(available in a future release) operating systems
• Supports up to 20 Call Centre Supervisor (client) positions
• Client Server architecture using TCP/IP as the network transport
• Client applications utilise 95,98, NT4 Workstation or 2000
professional operating systems

In order to react to constantly changing telephone traffic levels and
the ability to provide excellent customer service, real time information
is essential. INDeX Wallboards in conjunction with INDeX Wallboard
Manager provide the ability for managers and staff alike to monitor, in
real time the service being provided to their customers and act
immediately to fluctuating call traffic levels to improve service. This
is possible as INDeX Wallboards provide information on statistics such
as number of calls waiting, response times and service level.

• Three types of wallboards are supported:
• INDeX Wallboard -10 - high impact 10 character single line wall
mounted wallboard capable of displaying
• INDeX Wallboard -22 - high impact 22-character wall mounted
wallboard offering two single lines of information or a double
height single line message. Also includes as standard two relay
contacts that can be triggered on alarm thresholds to drive
external devices (buzzers, lights or alarms)
• INDeX PC Wallboard - delivers wallboard messages to the user
desktop plus the added benefit of configuring their own
personalised view of the contact centre, which can consist of up
to 20 different contact centre variables.
• Tri-coloured displays on INDeX 10 and 22 (red, green and
yellow)
• INDeX PC Wallboard allows the customisation of the look and
feel of messages and contact centre variables
• Text and numeric information can be displayed
• Static or scrolling text options
• INDeX PC Wallboard can be optimised to run in ticker tape mode
• Automatic log off of INDeX PC wallboard when agent logs out
