The smallest member of Avaya's INDeX platform, INDeX 30 has been
designed to meet the requirements of the smallest branch offices and
standalone businesses. Built to the same exacting standard and
supporting many of the features and functions of its larger brothers,
INDeX 30 allows the small office to embrace e-Business and provide
outstanding customer service.

INDeX 30 provides the same level of sophisticated call routing as the
rest of the INDeX range. Automatic Call Distribution, incoming call
priority assignment, calling line identity and alpha tagging of names to
incoming calls are all included as standard and give the maximum
flexibility by allowing calls to be routed in and between departments
and answered with professionalism.
Facilities such as hot desking, voice mail, a built in paging system,
computer telephony, a windows operator console and DECT handsets all
ensure that the smaller office needn't compromise on their communication
system.
