Fully Integrated
INDeX Voice Manager uniquely combines key benefits, total integration
with INDeX plus an open standards based system. INDeX Voice Manager is
delivered on two INDeX standard sized cassettes: the INDeX CT (Computer
Telephony) Server Cassette and the INDeX Voice Cassette. These are
physically linked via Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) and connected
directly to the INDeX platform backplane using two adjacent slots.
Connection to the LAN via Ethernet, provides powerful, easy to use, drag
and drop Graphical User Interfaces (GUI) to all the applications,
anywhere on the network.
Direct physical integration between the INDeX Voice Manager and the
INDeX results in unprecedented levels of functionality with markedly
reduced cost of ownership and enhanced simplicity.
