eConsole and BLF
The PC based Windows Operator Console 'eConsole' has been specifically
designed to benefit businesses through improved operator service. Deployment
of the eConsole provides the operator with the correct information to
prioritise call handling and give the appropriate response to the caller. At
the same time, the operator can maintain visibility of the number and type
of calls waiting and so ensure that clients are greeted in a professional
manner, enhancing the image of the company.
When used together with the PC-based BLF (Busy Lamp Field) application, an
operator can see at a glance which users are available to take calls, so
that finding the most appropriate person to take a call is quick and easy.
BLF operates in homogenous multi-site environments, offering the ability for
an operator to see who is available, no matter where they are located.
