At incovo we run a helpdesk support system for our customers to ensure their needs are met a fast and effective manner. The helpdesk is run by our Helpdesk Manager, Lisa Lang who acts as a customer liaison and is always on hand to give status updates to clients and log your faults/issues on our ticket system.
Standard Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday - 0845 450 8400 (Option 1)
24 Premium Support - 0845 450 8400 (Option 3)
Out Hours Call Out - 5:00pm to 8:59am Mon to Fri (Please note this may incur additional costs if your support package does not cover this)
