(Salary between £14,000 - £17,000 depending on experience)

Job Description

Fantastic opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated Administrative Assistant, who will be working in our Livingston office. You will be of the highest calibre and able to work to tight deadlines under pressure.

Ideal Profile

You will be skilled at organising and have a keen eye for detail, with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Be able to prioritise your workload, to deal sensitively with confidential information and liaise with senior level members of staff and clients.

Be an expert in all Microsoft Office packages and can type a minimum of 60 words per minute. Must be able to multi task and be a self starter who can remain calm under pressure, with a flexible attitude.

Administration skills are essential including filing and documentation experience in writing reports, quotes and proposals. Should also have experience in handling internal and external calls.

You will have confidence and assertiveness with a highly professional manner. You will be well organised and methodical in the approach to handling the workload efficiently.

Will also be enthusiastic and be able to work on his/her own initiative; able to apply a sense of perspective on dealing with mulitple tasks, strong planning and organisational skills.

Multifunctional Device Manager

Location : Lancashire , Immediate Start Required

Job Description

We are looking for imaging service engineers to join our service team. This role is largely field based and the post holder will be responsible for providing an excellent quality of service to customers by installing, servicing, maintaining and networking imaging devices to the highest standards. The ability to provide end user training would be an advantage.

Ideal Profile

The engineer must have at least 3 years experience and/or training working with Konica Minolta and Ricoh brands devices. Candidates will also be expected to be involved in proactive planning of workloads and assisting the sales team in promoting the business to clients.

Imaging Account Manager/Sales

 

Salary £26,000 to £32,000 basic – uncapped commission
